Do you deal with your work and life well when you work at home? For me, it's pretty well until the winter is coming, for the temperature is going down, and it's a little difficult for me to get early, so i have to rearrange my time. Although the temperature stops me from taking morning exercise, i could still go out by bicycle in sunshine days or windless days simply to take some exercise.

I agree with it, for i know the proper sleep and rest is the security of the health), then i will watch TV for half an hour. It's my habit to learn the latest news in my life by watching TV. childhood memory

There're some joys of childhood emerged in my memory recently since i have moved back my native land at the beginning of this year. Especially, in my dream, the snacks at hometown make me mouthwatering. I sometimes remind me that's for i used to feel them delicious, becouse i had no more foods to eat at my childhood. However, i still seek all my opportunities to find out the place where the snack is sold, and want to reexperience the flavour stored in my memery. So yesterday afternoon, a sunshine afternoon, i went out by bicycle with my friend, and straight rushed to the destination named Jingli, a street sold all kinds of the local snack.

Sure enough, there're all kinds of snack sold here, for i have smelled the delicious flavour before i went into the street. I couldn't wait to put my bicycle well and rushed into the street to find out what i favor. In this street, there're much more local snacks, some are made of beef, some are made of meet, and some are made of vegetable. Also there is a noodle snack made by mixing several taste, hot, numb and little sour. Here, There're all kinds of color snacks, red, green, yellow, white, etc, these color snacks make me think to eat them all, but i have to choose some, for i have no a big stomach, although i have eaten nothing this lunch but an apple. Finally, i chose one made by sticky rice, for i like sweet sanck sometimes. But, unluckily, it's not one i expected, although it looked well enough. The first taste make me a little disappointed, however, this didn't wreck my passion, and i still tried another one. This time, i tried a snack made by duck. It tasted little hot. Finally, i still felt a little disapported again. By contraries, Watching other guys, who soomed to be very satisfied with their snacks by ating their snacks joyfully, i got very surprise, whether there's something wrong with my tongue, i thought. The truth is that my tongue is very fine, so what did happen?

This was my first experience to taste the local snacks, also my hometown snacks. I was end in disapportanted with their unideal flavor which all the time stored into my memory deepth. As i said at the beginning, i feel my hometwon snackes tasted very delicious while im in the childhood, it's for there's no much more foods to eat at that time, but now, there're so many foods offered for me, in the end, i have never tasted the flavor which is stored into my mind.

Too great, i eventually see the sun at this weekend afternoon after sunless weeks staying at home. This's winter in my town, you can hardly see the sun all arond the winter, although the temperature isn't drop under zero, but you'll still feel very cold, uncomfortable, even numb. To make worse, the rain does never want to leave the area. So you can imagine how excited i am when i see the sun shining on the light blue sky.

hurt myself

Boring, very boring, i couldn't ride my bicycle, even walk now, feeling uncomfortable. I hurted myself with boiled water five days ago, just now i feel my left thigh kill me, very terrible!

I still remember that day when i hurted myself with boiled water. It's just a little cold that day, i wanted to warm myself with a cup full of boiled water, it's that the moment the boiled water sprang from the cup, and spilt on my left thigh. I just remember i heard i screamed with pain, and took off my trousers as soon as possible. It's too late, i saw my left thigh red and swelled up, soon the blisters on my thigh swelled up, what's worse i unveiled the surface of my left thigh skin while i was hurry up to take off my trousers. Too horrible case i had never seen, i did nothing but cried.

Therefore, day and night after 5 days, i did nothing but watcing TV lying on the sofa. When i looked out from the window, i envied those who could walk on the street on foot. All guys, here i'm very glad to introduce you a software which can indeed save your time and free yourself. It's not a story but i experienced it in person. Ok let me don't keep others guessing, and tell you how to do it.

I found this product intentionally. Last month i had told you that i had suffered from wrist tendinitis, unluckily, it hasn't been cured entirely up to now, so i always heeded and searched a way to release my hands. With my friend introduction, i tried a product named Macro Expert . At first, i had no idea how it could release my hands, later, after tried it, i found it very interesting and useful. It's indeed release my hands. Here i write down my try experience.

First, i downloaded it at the site www.macro-expert.com then installed it on my pc steps by steps following the instruction. It's all ok, and i double clicked to activate it.

Before using it, you should know the essential of Macro Expert is to record actions of Mouse/keyboard, then to replay in the same condition all these actions what you have recorded whenever you want. What benefit you get from doing that? A good question. Do you want to free your hands, don't you? Ok, let me show you.

Take signing in ICQ for example. Activating Macro Expert, I moved the mouse pointer to the item "Script" of the menu, clicked it and chose the item "Record New Macro". Later a window "Create A New Macro" popuped, some options needed me to choose. I named my macro as icq, no description, i chose hotkey for playback as Alt+6, just one time for playing. I saw the items "Record keystrokes", "Save time interval between two keystokes", "Record muse actions", "Record mouse movements" under the item "Options". I chose all but "Save time interval between two keystokes"(at that moment, i dint' know how it's important when replaying later), then i clicked "Ok".

I saw the progress bar appears at the right bottom telling me the time for recording. Surely i didn't do anything but went back to the desktop, then i moved the mouse pointer to the icq icon, and then double clicked it. After the icq window appeared, i just typed my passwork in the Password item (my icq number was already in the icq# item, you knew i was used to leave my icq number on it), then i clicked the Enter key. Waited for about 15 seconds, the icq had been activate, then i clicked Esc key to stop my macro recording.

I first finished my macro recording, and felt it very esay, so i wanted to see the result what i recorded. I clicked the Macro Exper icon on the systray, saw icq icon listed in the list menu, double clicked the icon or pressed Hotkey key Alt+6, then waited for the result. ICQ had been signed in automatically. Not a bad experience. I thought it's useful tool for me to sign in icq in the future, thence, i didn't need sign icq in manually.

But in the afternoon that day, i found i couldn't open icq by Macro Expert. That happened after i opened a site, and i wanted to chat with my friends by icq (at that moment, i didn't go back to the desktop), so i double click icq icon on Macro Exper (apparentlly, Macro Expert had been activated), waiting... nothing appeared. I wondered why it couldn't work this time although it had been run well in the morning. I tried, but failed. Asked for my friend, it turned out that the actions had been replayed in the same condition what i had recorded, the product was a tool, and had not the function to judge the condition you used later. It just replayed all these what i recorded, including every action, every movement. Thereupon when the window changed, the product didn't judge, and did what it had been recorded before.

Now, let me explain it clearly. I record my macro icq when the desktop is focused, so, as a result, when i click the icq icon on Macro Expert, icq macro recording has been only replayed while the the desktop is focused. Whereas later, i open a site, the site is focused, not the desktop is focused. NO wonder when i double click the icq icon on Macro Expert, it doesn't work. Ok, to solve it, there're three ways.

One's to go back to the desktop by hand, and then run the icq macro recording. It's a little boring for me because i have to go back to the desktop again manually. I don't think it's a good idea to do this.

Second's to simulate the original operation. I activate Macro Expert, and then right click icq icon on the list menu. Here, i click the item "Edit Script" to open Script Editor window. I see the number listed on the right, move the mouse to the top of the number, and then click the menu "Inset" to choose "Keystroke", later, i choose "Keystorke" in "Action type" and "Win key" in "Whick key", and type key D in the key blank, also the result is "win+D". So i put it in the number 1, click "Ok". That means when i double click icq icon in Macro Expert, Macro goes back to the desktop automatically, but i don't need go back manually.

The third is to run icq program straightway. To do it, i need right click icq icon on the list menu in Macro Expert. Here, i click the item "Edit Script" to open Script Editor window. I see the number listed on the right, move the mouse to the top of the number, and then click the menu "Inset" to choose "System", and then click "Run". In "Run a Command" window, i type "H:\Program Files\Tencent\ICQ\ICQ.exe" into the item "program or document", click "Ok". That means icq program will be run automatically when i double click icq icon on Macro Expert.

Again, i have to mention what i told you in the first. Remember i told you when i first used Macro Expert to record icq, i din't choose the item "Save time interval between two keystokes". Here i have a story to share with you. One day, i was used to press Hotkey key Alt+6 (remember that's what i chose it as Hotkey for signing in icq), another thing happended. The process was right but the password hadn't been typed into the password blank entirely, indeed i got a wrong result. Why? It turned out that i din't choose the item "Save time interval between two keystokes", so the program ignored the interval between two keystokes, and had no time to complete typing password although i had chosen the short password.

Later, i used Macro Expert to record more, not just icq, some like to sign in msn, to open sites which i often like to open, to receive my e-mail, etc. It's wonderful for me to free my hands after using Macro Expert. Now, i can free my hands and save my time to do another thing. It's amazing, isn't it?

I was wondering why a lot of people could still be seen when it's time for working.

Took carefully notice of people who stayed on the street, i found out there're mormally two big kinds of people, one is those who're really want to buy something, another is those who have nothing to do just liking to crowd into the busy place to experience the feeling of beaming.

For the first one kind, they are possibly off work today and want to serch some discount clothes, or fashionable clothes when they think it's not busy day for the shops and streets, but all of these are think one thing, so it's still a busy day for all, not only to potential customers, but shopkeepers at well. Be sure that the shopkeepers should be very happy seeing more and more people crowd into their shop, however, it's not a good news for customers who want to go shopping in a quiet and comfortable environment.

For the two kind, they are possibly about to be employless resently, and want to enjoy the city flourish while the time seeking a suit job, on the other hand, it's rarely opportunity to have a rest for them. So they flood into the center of the city and have a fun. All you have seen is that they stroll aimlessly and watch here and there, strangely, they're especially interested in the place where there're so people in. NO wonder there're so many people in the street while it's still time for working.

After over one hour seeked, i couldn't find any favorite one T-shirt or something like that. It seemed that i shoudn't appear there not only the wrong season for seeking T-shirt (it's late autumn now), but the busy crowd as well (this made me very tired). At that time, the only idea i had was to escape from the noise as soon as possible. But it's just that idea at that time, i know. Not far more time, i'll have an impulse to go out and experience the busy and noisy city life, and then i'll get tired again. o:)

get ready to work at home

When you get up at half pass six or even at six in the morning, an idea always is came forth that working at home is so good; When you envy your friends enjoy a good time at weekends while you have to go to the office to do the job that your boss orders you to complete it before next monday, of course, the idea appears again; When at public holiday you yearn for sharing beautiful nature with your family, but You can just shake your head while watching piles of work on the office table, naturally you think of working at home. Working at home with flexible hours and lack of a boss is so attractive for ones who long for free.

I'm one of those who work at home. It's not very easy to decide to work at home for me. Although, i can take advantage of working at home, just like managing the time by myself free, and taking part in more activities, and doing what i like, etc. On the other hand, i must take a risk in failing. Working at home for near one year, i want to share my experience with ones who are going to be your own boss.

To do this decision, you'd better take some preparation. There are the subject you want to do, personal capacity, fisk management and financing independence.

First you should set your subject. What do you want to do when you'r at home? The subject you'll do is to be practical and realistic. That means you'd better take deep research before taking action. Don't do these that most people have done. If that, you're always behind them befor do it. Find out some new, do deep research, them put in practice.

Personal capacity is sometimes the most critical. Aimed at knowledge and technology you learned from school and society, you take the basic and important step to do the job working at home. Normally, the job working at home is an intellective work that need you to master more knowledge. So weigh your capacity before setting in your resignation to your boss, then take action.

Fisk management is necessary. Not all those who work at home are successful, some fail, for they are lack of strong willpower, or lack of deep research, or lack of the method of doing this job. therefor, you should have fisk management, and face rightly the issues, then solve them.

Financing independence is important. When you decide to work at home, you must provides sufficient income for you and your family. Naturally, remember don't put all your eggs into one basket, put some extra into another basket in case you can't put the bread on the table one day.

A business is going to be successful is a good thinking. Make sure that you get ready to work at home and take some preparation, then you can go far in the job working at home.

Got up this morning, i was used to switch the TV on, at that moment a program named UP CLOSE came into my view. This was an dialogue program in wich a professor of fudan university was interviewed by the host. I was very interesting about the dialogue program and took a seat to listen what they were going to say. It turned out that they talked about the experience between USA and CHINA. The professor had studied and worked in usa when he's young, but finally he decided to go back china and teached international friendship in fudan university. One word he said was to teach his students to find your way to solve the issue when you fell across the problem. I cared about what he said, and thought it's very right to accept his idea.

In china, for entering a higher school pressure, the goal for most schools is to get higher proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade, so more and more teachers take cramming/forced-feeding method of teaching. The result is to cultivate hundreds and thousands students who are shortage the ability to think things out for themselves, that's mean the students get no more scope to bring into play their initiative and creativeness. Therefore, in future work and life, these students aren't willing to think, and do what others ask they to do. But fortunately, this is not all the phenomena happened in china, there are still some schools take effective method to to cultivate the students the ability to analyze and solve concrete problems independently. To find your way to solve the issues by yourself is more better than to do what others ask you to do without thinking.

Therode, my friend, is one who like to think when he studies and works. He didn't
enrol any university for higher education, but it couldn't be the reason to stop him continuing study. He became educated through independent study, and became one pc programmer. He always said to study is to think and practise what you learned. To think is to find a way to solve your problem. No wonder why he's so successful.

If you have a dream, you should to make your dream come true with working hard. This's what the fudan professor said this morning. Good luck, all those who have a dream. TO make your dream come true is to find your way to solve all issues.

wrist tendinitis

I have suffered from tendinitis of the wrist for near one month since i have worked hard at home. I have tried several ways to treat it by myself at home, but it seemed the ways didn't work, so i have to bear the pain from my wrist when i woked. Up to now, my right hand can't still be flexible to control the mouse. How did i suffer from wrist tendinits? According to the information, this is the result of repeating activity. I remember the illness happened after i worked hard one day without taking break, i repeated to copy and paste something to my site with my right hand.

Tendons are tough, flexible, fibrous bands of tissue that connect muscles to bones. When tendons become inflamed, irritated or suffer microscopic tears, the condition is called tendonitis. Tendons can be small, like the delicate, tiny bands in the hands, or large, like the heavy, ropelike cords that anchor the calf or thigh muscles. In most cases, tendonitis happens for one of two reasons:
1. Overuse — A particular body motion is repeated too often.
2. Overload — The level of a certain activity, such as weightlifting, is increased too quickly.

I just repeated to use the mouse with my right hand, it's not surprise to see the tendinitis to happen on my rigt hand. I thought it's not necessary to go to the hospital for treatment, so i took some treatment by myself. First i relaxed my right hand and used the mouse with my left hand. It's not ease to use the mouse at first for i used to control the mouse with my right hand, after several days exercised, i could control the mouse successfully with my left hand. Then i moved my right arm and hand frequently around one time every hour. Finally i iced the injury. Applying an ice pack intermittently to the area of inflammation may also be beneficial. Icing wrist tendinitis could help to cool inflammation and also stimulates blood flow to the area of tendinitis. It seemsed work, but didn't recover entirely, and i should continue to use these ways to treat my wrist tendinitis.

Remember all work and no play isn't healthy. Work is important, but we have to pay attention to rest.

Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival

On the 15th of the eighth month of the lunar calendar, it's time for the chinese traditional feast, Moon Festival or Mid-Autumn Festival. Parents in china always expect their children to come home to celebrate the special feast with them. Now that i have worked at home, i have more spare time to arrange by myself. So i went home early near several days before Moon festival coming. This's the first time to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with my family since i have gone out to work far from home 9 years ago, i wanted to experience the happy felling enjoying feast with my family.

At it happens, Moon Festival this year was in Gold Week, my brothers and sisters came back to my parents'house brought fresh fruits, moon cakes with them. My parents had a busy morning by preparing rich food, chicken, duck, rabbit, fish and vegetable. In this time, parents always cook more dishes they could think tasty to treat us, not only us, their children, but also their grandchildren. After the whole morning busy, sitting beside the table and enjoying the delicious dishes, smiling to all their children, my parents showed happy expression and we gave the blessing to parents. The only wish my parents gave us was to bless entire family happy, health. Therefore, the Mid-Autumn Festival is the symbol of family reunion, the day for family members to get together and enjoy the full moon-an auspicious taken of harmony, and luck.

To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional dessert, moon cake, is absolutely necessarily. For generations, moon cakes have been made with sweet filling of nuts, mashed red beans, almonds, melon seeds, lotus-seed paste or chinese dates, wrapped in a pastry. Sometimes a cooked egg yolk can be found in the middle of the rich tasting dessert. Some people like fruit cakes which all kinkds of fruit can be found filling in. All these, moon cakes with almonds filling in are my favorate.

Unhappily, it's raining on Moon Festival this year, the desire expected to go out with family under the stars for wolking up at the full silver moon couldn't come true. Remembered years ago on Moon Festival, after nightfall, went out with family under full moon, putting moon cakes on the tables, eatting, talking, thinking of the relatives or friends, as well as those who are far from home. As it is said in china, "The moon at the home village is exceptionally brighter." But i could still enjoy the happy felling of the Moon Festival, for i stayed at home with my family and celebrated the special feast.

Typing software

I'm an element pc level beginner, after making some progress, i still remember the day when i first touched pc. Up to now, i can still experience the feeling while first typing, exciting, happy, afraid, expectant. What did happen as i moved the mouse? How could i do if i didn't control the mouse? So you can image how difficult for me to touch pc first but not familiar with pc. What a mess!

Touching pc, the first thing i needed to do is to learn touch typing, but it's very difficlut for me to do this for i was not familiar with the keyboard layout. So as a result, i typed by looking at the keyboard with slow speed. Fortunately, i had a friend who introduced a typing software named Gs Typing Tutor to me. He told me if i wanted to improve my typing speed, i should learn to touch typing. With the software help, i could do so. Then i took his advice and had a try.

Apparently, it was proved to be worth to have a try for me that the software was a friendly, useful typing software. After used the software several times, i found it fitted my need. As a tyro, i had no more pc knowledge, and didn't know how to use any software. Luckly, the software offered a complete tutorial to help me how to use it, then i could successfully used it and exercise my typing. Actived the software, i could go to the option named "Learn to Type", clicked it and chose "Basic" option. Here, the tutorial detailedly introduced me by "How to sit at your omputer", "Finger Placement on the Keyboard", "How to stike the key", "Computer in Injuries". This was very useful for me to learn to touch typing without no more pc knowledge. After time past, i could go on with the tutorial leading from basic practice to advanced subjects. In basic practice, i could be familiar with the Basic keys, Symbol and numeric, Numeric Keypad. When i made progress, i could enter "Typing Test" to test my typing speed. There were three choice i could test, "Screen Copy", "Type at will", "Original Copy". The software offered some amusing games to help me to touch typing funnily.

I could touch type since i used Gs Typing Tutor 30 hours. That's unbelieveable, but that's true. Tt's really helpful typing software. Thank the publish! Here i heavily recommend the typing software to all these who want to learn to touch typing but no more pc knowledge.

3:) the KEYWORDS tag - Put plenty of relevant keywords into the tag and involve the search term.

4:) the H tag - H tags are given weight than ordinary text and, the bigger the H size, the more weight it receives.

5:) BOLD text - Bold text is given more attention by the search engine.

6:) TEXT - Use the search term as often as you can on the page whilst not detracting form the page's readability.

7:) ALT text - Involve the search term in the alt text of all images on the page.

my job

I must be self-discipline since i chose to work at home and managed my website. I had to arrange my time reasonably to fit my home work life. My site had been putted on the internet for over half year, and i trid my best to do well. Some guys maybe are confused with my job, how do i work? how can i earn money to suppor myslef and my family? Well, it's a good question, let me explain it to you with my real experience.

I built a website with its domain name and URL, after this, all i needed to do was to put my contents onto my site and updated them constantly. I just did a download site, and i had to search more and more softwares to list on my site. Next job i should do was to find out ways to attract visites and potential customers to visite my site.

Generally speaking, i can't get the money for all products listed on my site, just those which i got admission for the publishers can give me surprise. The publishers give me commission from 25% to 75% of the product's price if i sell the products. On the other hand, i need to work hard to sell the softwares to get my commission and earn my bread. Fortunately i don't need to offer technical support and other service, otherwise no one can believe me that i can manage it successfully just aimed at elementary level of computer knowledge. No wonder why so many people would like to work at home, also including me. 0:)

It wouldn't be necessary for me to take all my time to work at home, so, it's why i have been attracted by my job althought i don't know well how to really improve my site. But it's exactly interesting and amazing after you experienced(my real feeling). So today i decided to have a fun and searched some what i want.

I went out by bicycle with my close friend. All the way, i injoyed the scene and wondered how quick the city developed. Past Pc town, we decided to have a look at loudspeakers for my friend wanted to have one. It's not easy for us to find one which indeed we thought good when we walked in so complex buliding. At last we were impressed by a loudspeaker and stopped to have a look. At first i didn't like the appearance for it looked like very dull and weight, but after listened the sound, i thought it's very good. So we decided to buy it.

It's fun thing happen on us when we insisted on the price we could be accepted. The shopkeeper was very confused for why we had to insisted on the price. Subsequently, she gave us an unexpected reply, "I see, you're businessmen. Ok, i give it to you for this price." Businessmen! this was our first time to hear other to call us. Cool!

For what did she say that? After went home, my friend told me the reason, for we gave her a number she thought it's a lucky number and we insisted on the number. so no wonder she could think so. o:)

But the shopkeeper never discovred what our real intent was that we wanted to save the money to have luch at a restaurant. LOL.

Well, my dear friends, i'll tell you what exactly i do at home.

That's not my first life goal woking at home, for i'm not a quite person and not willing to stay at home just facing my family. But the life doesn't always follw my will and keep on the road which almost people go down. So by chance, i decided working at home.

Maybe it didn't happen on me, you see, i had a close fellow who was a computer programmer, so i could not be vrey hard to do my job built a website. With his help i owned my first site ( http://www.5files.com/ ), also i had to study hard to master Html---HyperText Markup Language.

So you can image how exciting i was at that time. I spent all of my time and energy to do this since my site came out. Meanwhile i searched more more softwares put on my site, just wanted to suppot my family with my hard work. It worked.

work at home

Since i quited my job at the beginning of the last year, i have been working at home for nearly one and half years. It's not easy for me to do this.

You see i just understood how it worked last year and i did very bad, but i can't give up. After did the job, it's very fun and interesting for me to work at home.

Forgive me too much nonsense, but it's really hard for me to open my mouth since i stayed at home for over one year. Ok i can just talk about me little this time, but i promise i'll tell you more about me next time.
